Construction
Magwall NZ SIP panels arrive ready to go, allowing walls, floor and ceilings to be erected very quickly. Magwall NZ SIP panel sizes are typically 1200 x 2400, 1200 x 2700 and 1200 x 3000. Sizes can be varied by cutting panels down or joining them together for a larger size.
The expanded polystyrene (EPS) core is available in various densities and can be any thickness. The EPS core can also be infused with graphite for increased insulation and R value.
Using Magwall NZ SIP panels with traditional timber framing is possible, however timber framing acts as a thermal bridge, reducing some of the benefits of building with SIP panels. Using Magwall NZ SIP panels and MagStud together will provide a high performance, energy efficient build.

MagWall NZ SIPS are manufactured in New Zealand by MagWall NZ Ltd, allowing full control over the manufacturing and quality control process.
