MagFloor is our flooring system that’s lightweight, suitable for new homes, modular constructions, extensions, renovations and prefabricated homes. Like SIPs we manufacture MagFloor to the required R-Value (The thermal resistance rating or R-Value is the measure used most commonly in the building and construction industry to determine a material’s ability to resist the transfer of heat) and strength that you require as the owner.

MagFloor is suitable for gluing and screwing down to both steel and timber joists, with up to 600mm spacings, to then pair with a range of finishings; carpet, tiles, wood etc.
